7. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of reputable third-party service providers who process limited personal data on our behalf, solely for functional and operational purposes.
These include:
Framer B.V. — provides website hosting and analytics services for this website. In this context, Framer may process basic technical information and contact-form submissions. All data is stored and processed within the Netherlands.
Calendly LLC — provides our online scheduling platform used for booking meetings. Calendly processes names, email addresses and any optional notes entered during the booking process. The company is based in the United States and operates under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure GDPR compliance.
Google LLC — provides our email hosting and internal communication infrastructure. This may involve the processing of email correspondence and contact information. Data may be processed within the European Economic Area and, where necessary, in the United States under the same Standard Contractual Clauses.
Microsoft Corporation — provides website analytics and user interaction insights through Microsoft Clarity. Clarity collects anonymized usage data such as scroll behavior, clicks, navigation patterns, and session recordings. This data is used solely to understand how users interact with the website in order to improve usability, performance, and conversion effectiveness. All data collected through Microsoft Clarity is processed in accordance with Microsoft’s GDPR commitments and may be stored on servers located within or outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, data transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Each of these providers is bound by a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Dremb. These agreements guarantee that all personal data is handled securely, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent international privacy standards.
8. Data Disclosure
We may disclose personal data only when legally required to do so, or if disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
Comply with legal obligations or court orders;
Prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of Dremb, its clients, or the public.
We do not disclose, sell, or rent personal data to any third parties for commercial gain.

As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
